A guy on Masons Hill, Bromley, about 6 30 last night? Yellow fixed/ss with drops, i'm sure he was reppin' a courier bag, maybe a chrome, looked quite tall. Couldn't see anything though because it was dark and pissing it down. I was rollin' on the pavement trying to get on the road after finishing work.
