You could quite easily have a sort of open house/garden sale at some point..
With a little help you could sort frames and stuff into shit/not-so-shit/potentially awesome/nice..
Then you could even auction pieces off? If you got enough interest you could have some good earnings and even be so kind as to give a %age of the profits to charity?
