Half-radial Spoke Pattern

Couple of questions on this stuff. Is 2 lead, 2 trail OK for the rear? What spoke length should I go with (same as X2 or X3 or something else).

Also, on that hybrid 32 crows foot, obviously the radials are radial, but are the crossed length as 1 cross or 2 cross?
2 lead 2 trail is the same as 1x (or a tad more), this is why mine ended up twisted as spokes were too long.
