So these bikes with the cable-down-tube-becomes-the-lock type design.... does anyone know if it actually works?
The idea of using the bike to lock itself up as a deterrent against cutting chains seems to make sense, but what's to stop theives stealing the bike and just replacing the cable?
Glow in the dark was soo nineties anyway...
So I guess this revival is about due...

tha cable must work to a fashion
saw a guy on one down fleet street bout 3 weeks ago,
but it was a sought of greyish blue, emphisis on grey in the flesh
looked rather strange

thats the ticket, it would be amazing
i have some hypercolour cycling shorts,
all kinds of wrong!
maybe i should sell them when hypercolour comes back (i heard whispers they are going to re-launch n such)

Saw Irish rugby international Gordon D'Arcy cycling home on one of these Puma bad boys the other day actually, they almost look kind of cool in the flesh...compared to a Brompton anyways
