Who Made Frames Like This?

Does anyone know which builders made frames with extended seat tubes like the Gromada pictured? The frame would be made of Reynolds 653 & lugged with a straight blade fork.

Love this, so beautiful in it's simplicity.

BTW I have taken delivery & ridden it & it is, how do you say, the dog's bollocks!

Swapped the stem, bars, saddle & pedals to my other bike which is now up for sale:
