For Sale: Genesis Flyer 56cm

Just found out that my new bike is ready, so it's time to sell my old one.

One-year-old, well used, but well maintained. All in excellent condition except the paint on the seat tube is a little bit scuffed up from the lock.

All original except for red bar tape, red rubino pros and an EAI 18t sprocket.

Currently set up fixed and with no rear brake, but I've still got the brake and associated bits kicking around at home.

I'll get some photos up tomorrow.

I reckon about £280, but I'm open to offers. Can be picked up from EC2, or N16.

Pictures up now. Not great because I took them in a bit of a rush (and should have moved to the sunny side of the street).

I've tried to show the marks on the seat tube as much as I can, because they are the most serious of the marks on the paintwork. They were made by one of those clips that hold the lock.

Oh, and I'm keeping the pedals. I'll put the original pedals back on it (flats with clips and straps).

might be interested. how tall are you? im 5'11.and im not sure im ready to ride to work in fixed. so is it flip-able back to ss?

im in N16 as well... SN church st.

I'm 6'2" and the bike is almost too small for me, as you can probably tell from the position of the bars and seat.

The rear hub is a flip flop, with the freewheel still on the hub. I've also still got the back brake and cable (although you'd have to run it back under the bar tape).

There are actually a few people interested, and I'm not sure of the fairest way to do it. I guess whoever can get cash in my hand first! I'd rather not have it around my flat too long, as the hallway will be a bit crowded.

The bike will be near Moorgate until sometime over the weekend (after the Cambridge ride) then it'll be at mine, on a road off Stoke Newington High Street, near the police station.

CushT - Someone who emailed before your post is looking at it Sunday evening. I can't realistically get the bike home before then anyway, so I'm going to give him first refusal as he emailed first
