Buy replacement cleats, then get a free spare set from the manufacturer in 25-30 days.
I had some RXS cleats that lasted 2 years before I sold them on (went back to mtb shoes for everything), including some racing, a fair bit of walking, and at least 6000 winter miles.
Sound like a dodgy batch to me, or you dismount funny...
