Police stops on Essex Rd

I'm feeling rather optimistic today but .... the only time you see lots of police/ support officers its normally a revenue collecting exercise.

You wont see them stopping the yoot on the full suspension apollos cruising around Hackney and edges of Camden. Too much like work, no chance of getting the fine but in fact they are the ones that need bringing into line!
Instead ruffle the comfortable middle class feathers, those who can't afford the unpaid fine impacting their credit rating
