I'd agree with you Mr Crash, but its not their annual reports. same for the local councils.
(i read Islingtons every year to see how they rob me sad but adds to the hate!)
So is it safe to assume a larger % of our taxes will go into the savings pot to bolster their investment.
OK i went and read the tfl Annual report. as you do!
Turns out they are borrowing 1,350M GNs at an avg rate of around 4.45% and invested 2,028M GNs at rate of 4.84%
