I passed a cyclist who had been pulled over by Plod in Bishopsgate this morning about 8.40. He was probably questioning the Plod because Plod was getting a bit in yer face and shouty. All I caught of the 'verbal exchange' was "... and you can argue about it up there for an hour if you ....." as he pointed across the road to the Police station.
