It is very amusing that we could possibly win an award for being a London cycling facility when we're virtual, and what is physical (the server) is located somewhere in Missouri.
I was looking at some stats earlier, wondering if the site has suffered as a result of my being busy at work, and the answer seems to be no... which I guess is good.
A few choice stats:
1.9m unique pages were viewed last month
180k unique visitors came to the site last month (if you access from home and work, you're counted twice)
46% of all of that is traceable to within London... so London has generated 900k unique pages, and 80k unique visitors in the last month.
We're using 90GB of bandwidth every month for the web pages (and images, etc).
We're sending around 50k notification and alert emails (approx' figure, that stat comes from the mail server report which approximates each day and then aggregates the approximations... rounding errors abound).
We have 4,500 members, of which 3,400 are 'active'... meaning that they've used the site within the last month.
Anyhow, the forum is massive and keeps growing. It's kinda scary.
I'm hoping the prize to the competition is one of those Park Tools pizza cutters. As such, I think it would be ace to stand a chance.

Plus then I could be in a photo like this:
