  • i'm up for saturday rides round RP if i'm not mountainbiking but neither me or RPM go there for 1 lap/coffee/home. 3laps minimum which is an hour. it's all about getting out of your comfort zone :-)

  • @ cornelius - with regards to the OP - how did** you** build such massive glutes? Any tips for him..?

    If you are referring to me, yes I was. Wearing a Rollapaluza CC top. No surprise if you passed me.

    Saturday morning fixed rides around RP are a very good idea. I'm up for them.

    Did four laps on Saturday - plus the ride from and to Islington. Nice 54 miles in total.

  • maybe not, i think i would have noticed the rolla jersey (i was in chin on the stem TT mode though so not paying attention)

  • 2.58 commands respect. No excuses necessary.

    Ahhhh stoppit you'll make me blush. I got a text from my bro in law he managed a 2.01 and was still complaining about having a cold and bad form etc etc...some people are never frickin pleased!
