+1 not really too good for long rides because they create pressure on the ligaments at the side of your knee, having said that i have been running them on brakeless bikes for over a year, never failed, so easy to get in and out of but still feel proper secure. They don't work with all pedals. The wider MKS custom Nuevo's seem to be the best because the cages are bolted onto the pedal to make them replaceable. the smaller MKS pedals don't work without modification. now i use shimano DX BMX pedals with powergrips on one bike and this is the best street pedal setup i have ever run, plus they don't snap like toe clips if you hit them on something
