Strictly it is "moneys". Words ending in a "y" become "ies" ONLY when the "y" in preceded by a consonan. Boys, toys, monkeys and moneys all take a straight "s".
That said, common palance allows for the vulgar "monies" on occasion. Best to ensure that the occasions are few and far between.
