TUFO have designed and made tubular tyres that fit onto normal clincher rims.

Remember, that an equivalent tyre would have to have the weight of the tube added. These are tubs (that fit onto clinchers), so the tube and tyre are one. The track tyres are incredibly light. See the TUFO site. Not cheap though; but that should be expected.
