• oh and another good thing to do and helpp keep an eye on things... check your resting heart rate as soon as you wake up, (literally, open eyes, realise you are awake, check heart rate). do it three times a week on the same morning for a while. hopefully you will over time see a drop in the average rate. actually its nice to see how your rhr (resting heart rate) changes over time and is an indicator of illness, poor digestion of heavy food the night before etc etc blahdiblah.
