I've got a Brooks saddle on my Fuji Track, a green one, but covered in a Mac User plastic bag. The badness continues with silver flat bars, yellow Oury grips and a Paul Comp lever. Round bits are also a weird mix; Phil Wood on Mavic 33 rim at the front, stock rear wheel, but with a 22t cog on it. Add a few stickers into the mix, et voila...
It's turned into a bit of a Frankenstein's bike, to be honest.
