I've got a NOS Rickman Freestyler that I bought in 1984 and never had the money to build up. IT was the one with the stunt pegs on the rear end and forks. I put wheels on it once, but that's as close to being ridden as it ever got...

  • Sano - mine was stolen from Kensington in 2000 (Eyes peeled peeps) it had skyways and blue colourway similar to below. mx1000s etc..
I would pay you lots of money for the frameset, but it is probably worth around £600+ now!

  • Are you fucking kidding me? I need to get into my attic!

I want a Radkap. That is fucking awesome.

  • They are really rare. UK made with 531BMX tubing, innit.
I've seen great condition used framesets go for £400+ a few years back.

  • aaaahh skyways.. man thats made my day!

Cracking Cock head and great work dave.

Nice walk down memory lane here, wish I had some pics of my old BMX's.

  • You can relive your dreams and get your own... I'd buy it for his sales patter alone

  • i regret shifting my old-school bmx now... wah! :( the gold super burner (was that the pro model?), very nice. i nearly picked one up at Bug Jam a number of years ago, £150. the gold wasn't in the best condition though.

  • Always wanted one of these, but could never afford one.

How do people come up with these ideas? Bleach+dishwasher+bike parts=clean! O Christ it's so obvious!

haha dunno i think its the warmth of the dishwasher cos the wheels are nylon which is essentially porous so they open up with heat, hence the reason they dye so well if you have access to an industrial kitchen sized pot
