Paul who runs the workshop speaks PERFECT English so you won't be out of your depth BUT he wants someone who can competently build bikes and because its a touring shop fit panniers and dynamos and all that kind of anorak stuff - they don't do much frame building anymore because their framebuilder left - they are using this old boy for the moment just for braze ons - BUT - if you are willing to learn this old boy wants to pass on his skills - that bit though is in French - so its a learning curve - BUT- dude - think of it - live in Paris, learn French, learn bike building skills - be the new Sheldon Brown innit
