I reduced stem length down to 90 (I think stock stem on the 56cm Flyer is 120?) I am long-legged/short-torsoed and getting on in years. Am happy with it!

Not sure about some Flyer seat post heights I see! Its not a compact frame. Check the Flyer on page 5 in this review. My back would snap:
