I got some size 44 Dettos from ebay recently, And also some strange NOS Bulgarian cycling shoes, again off ebay. Although the soles fell off the these after about 2 hours leaving me miles from home with shoes that looked and rode like ballet pumps.... The Dettos are great, though. Anyway, this is a long winded way of saying they do come up on ebay mainly in the US on ebay.com. Also check ebay.fr and ebay.it. Be warned all the old racing shoes seem to come up very much on the small side
This UK comapny also made an old fashoned leather touring shoe which could be cleated http://reynoldsshoes.co.uk/. But I have just checked the site and it seems not to be working anymore.
Good luck
