Hi just wanted to say hello formally.
I live in wc1 and usually ride a pink preuss (fixed), otherwise I ride a colnago single speed with a really bad pink spray job. I ride from mount pleasant to work in sw6, so see a few of you overtaking me most days. -

So hey everybody.
Hey Max
I'm jealous. Portland is my favourite city in the world (excpet London) and you get to live there... I'm fuming with jealousy...
Welcome by the way

Hey there
Another long term lurker here. Been riding for years, but recently ditched my hideous Specialized MTB for a rather lovely grey Charge Plug and on day 2 of riding flipped hub to fixed.
Survived two near over the handlebar moments ("keep pedalling round bends fool") and now been riding fixed for a few weeks and clocked up hundreds of miles with stupid grin on my face...
Can be seen riding from Camberwell to Chiswick every morning, and via Westway climbing wall most evenings (loads of Langsters parked up there?).

only joking, it's tooooo small for me. -
• #512
^^Neelam,
0 - it is not a 'cinelli frame'
1 - it's advertised on gumtree, so refresh that advert to the top.
2 - It's a geared bicycle and this is a no-gears forum.
3 - You could try some other forums? anothercyclingforum, cyclechat, bikeradar.. loot, advert in the local supermarket noticeboard, local bike shops..
4 - It would be perfect for my friend but they can't pay more than £200, sorry. -
• #513
and what he says
-
• #514
It sort of is a Cinelli frame, because it was made in conjunction with them. It says cinelli on the frame...there are a few stamps on it. As for your friend Provenrad, I'll sell it to them for £250!

this isn't a proper place to sell stuff

long time lurker - first time poster.
Hi all - such a great site, a wealth of knowledge, humour and all round good times.
Cheers. -

Hi there,
Not long lurker, but first time poster for sure.
I'm one of those mountain biking types who wants something better for commuting around the city (or something at all), so I have one of those ugly as sin charge plug freestylers turning up tomorrow. Actually, not really ugly, but maybe special.
Will ride it freewheel until I get used to the horribly steep head angles and such, then give this fixie thing a go.

How would you cook a placenta?
-
• #520
I'd make pate.

sashimi of course, finely sliced with a hint of wassabi. Why waste the goodness any other way?

hi i am wannabe fixed bike rider only and just found this forum and i am joining to get some tips and advices where to actually start...
unfortunately i ride normal trekking bike with a lot of gears what makes me qrrrrrrrr all the time as i never change them... and miss my very young years when i used to ride the bike without gears and having to brake with pedals...
i do not think i am able to build my own (i am just a chic?) but started saving money to buy one... -
