Don't bend your forks! (You're clearly too weak to any how;)) I have an old set Ive bent for the job but they are not to be used on a bike they are just my make do wheel stand.
Use the frame and use zip tie or something else tied to the frame near the b.b so that you have a reference point for your truing. Ideally measure the
distance between the chain stays at the point the rim goes and use that plus the rim width to mark out your center point and how long to cut off zip ties e.t.c.
