This morning, run into Waterloo, following a guy on a blue Fort lo-pro, brakeless, very narrow risers with pink grips,jeans hoodie and courier bag (with bottle opener hanging off the light attachment strap), wearing what looked like neoprene shin guards.
I presume they are leg warmers for when wearing your jeans rolled up?
