IMO 'Fargo' is the best Coen Bros film
Based on a true story and William H Macey is ace in it

On a cohen Brothers theme the Hudsucker Proxy is their greatest. Jenifer Jason Leigh was amazing

"Funny how rap artists like Dr Dre call each other by this name, yet when I am at a Sunday park watching my child play football and shout it, I am asked to leave the field. Once again, it is one rule for the rich and one for the rest of us."

Its NOT based on a true story - thats the whole point :)
Its about seeing what you can get away with when the audience thinks its based on a true story.Although bizzarly some crazy Japanese woman tried to go and find the money - thinking it was still there...
Great film though

I watched Irreversible last night. Really disturbing stuff that infiltrated my dreams and is still sticking around today.
Makes the head-stamping scene in American History X seem like a PG.

Went to see Defiance last night and thought it was superb.
Good to see the story dramatised without making it all "Hollywood".
10/10

Looking forward to seeing Slumdog Millionaire this week. Love Danny Boyle films. Tempted to see My Bloody Valentine too, only cause I love the 3D. Saw Nightmare Before Christmas in 3D last year and it was amazing.

I saw Terminator 2 in 3D back in the day and I actually shat myself.

+1 for 'the wrestler'
good to see a film that doesn't pander to the obvious and give in to the usual american inevitable happy outcome, Mickey Rourke does a fine job and I swear I saw Hillbilly and BRM in one of the scenes

Saw tale of two sisters again, over the weekend. Really damn good.
Been meaning to watch Once Upong A Time in the West for about 2 years, been sat on my DVD shelf for 2 years now and I still haven't watched it, I know it is probably going to be damn good.
Awesome
