I payed £50 for the wheels, £25 for the crankset and got the bars on a donor bike I bought.
Sold the lot for £120, which I was more than happy with.
This bloke made me an offer, without any prior idea from me what I wanted for the items, and he bought em! Not out of the realms of possibility for you to do the same. Also the excuse of not knowing what they are worth. Research! Check out completed listings on ebay, make comparisons to new prices. You can't tell me you were considering bidding on items on ebay with no idea of their worth? How would you decide on a maximum bid price?
I'm more than used to the way ebay works.
