it's £3 per session on saturdays. that incl bike hire. i imagine, mondays are priced the same. bring a pedal spanner so you can use your own pedals. otherwise, as long as your shoe fits into the cages, you're fine. you dont go at mikec/hillbilly speeds during induction anyway

I would say get there as early as possible. It gets too dark for me now as my eyesight is not good enough to race at dusk. Unless you can get on the track for 5ish, it is hardly worth going.
Costs £3. I cannot be certain if they are doing inductions on Monday nights though. Actually, I think I do remember seeing some youngsters getting inducted about 3 weeks ago so you should be fine

I'm guessing you went last nigh then Sammy? There was some discussion (in the pub last night) as to whether they were still doing Monday night inductions.

yea it was a bit windy, rode till 7ish - only £2 quid though! bargain
I'm thinking of heading to herne hill for my first time on a velodrome tonight. I'm selling my bike tommorow as I've got a new one on the way, how does it work with borrowing bikes there? I think it starts at 5 - any ideas of when to turn up?
Also I'm gonna ride there on my ride bike with road spd pedals on, what pedals do the hire bikes have? Should i bring a pair of trainers for flat pedals and cages or what?
Help appreciated!
Cheers
