Looks like they are hitting ~5 min miles running and 2.5m miles on the bike. thats not that bad.

Cool. I will whack a bigger gear on and push at about 26 - 27mph on the bike to make up for my lack of running skills. Do you mean the tri and run shop in East Finchley? They are a bit annoying in there I find. Ultra-competitive roadie type idiot runs the place and seems to look down at me when I ask questions.

Or maybe I am just paranoid
