Me and a friend are planning on doing this on Saturday and estimate it to be about 100miles, maybe a little more. We both live around Finsbury Park/Seven Sisters and my route plan was something like ride to Uxbridge and follow this
Ride to the Dreaming Spires
London to Oxford , 96k, starting in Richmond
to oxford (brother lives there, good feeding station) then kinda make it up from there on.
Does anyone know a good way of getting from Finsbury Park to Uxbridge or has anyone done a ride similar to this and knows of a better route. I liked the look of the Oxford ride when it was done and wanted to come but otherwise engaged, so was thinking this would be a nice route to follow, also we're not pushing ourselves and the main intention (mine at least) is to get there in one piece and hope our friends have a suitably massive meal waiting for us.
Cheers
Harry
