Dang that sounds terrible!! The law only makes young men's lives worse. Honestly, I've never once called on the Law for help but time and again they have made my life worse, for no good reason.
On the other hand, as you said, tone it down in the city. I mean, turning right you still managed to hit someone, how did you not see her or how fast were you going?
Sorry to hear about your pain and the woman sounds like a real prick.
