Just today I realised my working days were over - a Ukrainian business just needs me to help them speed up electronic payments as they currently have to wait 10 - 30 days for the money and it's affecting their cashflow. All i had to do was send them my name, phone number, current employment details and my address - bob's your uncle, money be my lady. .

My flat mate gave a 'disabled scottish property baron' £1400 in western union/moneygram payments in response to an ad on gumtree for a dream flat.

I got an email from someone from the USA - this is true by the way - who is sending their 12-year-old son to the UK to be educated. Part of this plan, apparantly, is to hire me for two days a week of private harmonica lessons, over a six-month period. I have to get the ball rolling by letting the parents know what I would charge.
I get three or four such emails a year relationing to harmonica tuition. I am yet to reply to one...
-
• #14
especially odd if you don't play harmonica
-
• #15
Check this site out. This guy scams the scammer and gets them to join his church which requires them to have a tatto. He even got some money out of one guy!
-
• #16
I actually do play the harmonica and teach it - www.myspace.com/daveshannonsdeadcatbounce - but these emails seem to come from the same keypad as those lottery and investment ones thae begin 'Dearly beloved'

This one isn't a scam - you have won.
Except I've not; so if anyone else gets a letter from Spain telling them that the Loteria del Rosario Romano is going to make them rich just ignore it. One of the few Spanish lotteries run by people with Nigerian accents apparently. Do these idiots really think no-one uses Google?
