If that's your opinion then get off this thread you prick!
There's a LOT of hard work gone into this festival!
Oh great, a mature bunch.

A Bicycle film festival is just plain preposterous. What next, an automobile rom-com?
yeah, good luck with that POV...

What you'll find on here is a 'bunch' of people that are passionate about bikes.
The bicycle film festival features films also made by people who are passionate about bikes.
There's more than just bmx bandits out there ya know.
Maybe if you had the passion that both the film makers and the people that have spent all year working hard to make the festival a reality had, you wouldn't make such an ignorant comment on a thread promoting the bicycle film festival. -

But Alas, I've never seen a good film about bikes. Anyway, this is just my opinion to which I'm entitled so keep your knickers on Margret.

Mature or not ....your still a fucking nob Chan!!!!!!

• #32
so far you've said bike films are no good on a thread about the bicycle film festival and told smiling buddah that the rims he's just bought are a waste of money...i stand by my original comment...you're a prick!

Some things you need to keep to yourself....Some people are close to people involved in the industry!!

Oh sorry I didn't realise you had to agree with the topic of the thread before posting on it. Such bad forum etiquette.
Mmmm, where's the "rolls eyes" emoticon around here
-

Just a bit of respect for the people who have worked hard all year on the festival would have been nice.
Months of work has been spent promoting a festival which will hopefully get even more people into cycling and the first comment you make about it is that bike films are no good. -
• #36
Now where's the 'prick' emoticon around here?

Just to the left of your post, its got a hole in it's ear. Only joking Scott, but seriously am I not allowed to have an opinion on this just because I'm a newbie?
I'm all for more people cycling but I just think films about it are completely arbitrary. I don't doubt that a lot of hard work has gone into it.
Caddyshack. Now there's a good film. Surely the money, time and effort would of been better used to make Caddyshack 3? Am I right or am I right?

You're a prick with no manners. Try introducing yourself before jumping into a thread and berating something which has been organised by people who are actually involved in our community. The BFF film fesival has involved a lot of hard work for the last 7 years, something don't voluntarily by people who have proved their passion for bikes. So far you've only proved yourself to be a negative cunt and most likely a troll.

What is this obsession about formally introducing yourself on an internet forum? I really just don't get it. This is an open forum, why can't I say what I said? I wasn't rude, I just stated my opinion. For your information I know all too well about the BFF and how passionate they are. I'm not the one calling people a cunt am I?
Cliquey forum much? Jeez

On a thread about the bicycle film festival i'd say that's pretty rude!

Not rude, just my opinion.

I guess if you saw a proud mum pushing her baby in a pram and you thought it was an ugly baby, you wouldn't think it was rude to say to her "Damn that's an ugly baby" ?

This isn't your avearge forum. We actually meet up with each other for regular social events. so yes. There will always be lots of tight knit friendships. As for your utterance regarding knowing all about the film festival, I highly doubt it. If you knew anything you wouldn't feel the need to be negative about it on this thread. If you know about the amount of work then what you said is more than just rude, it's a slap in the face of the people who actually use their time to organise things for everyone. When was the last time you were able to organise anything more than "critical" than creating an internet user ID and typing some thoughtless shit?
By the way, if you knew anything about this forum you'd realise that cunt is a regularly used insult.
