As has been commented previously it appears more of these bikes are pushed around (often due to failure of some part) than actually ridden.
If you just want a bike as a fashion accessory for going to the pub maybe these have a purpose.
If you want a bike to ride around for pleasure and reliability these are not up to the job. One of the joys of fixed/single speed is the mechanical simplicity and reliability, the unipack fails utterly on the reliability and is too heavy.
Its just a case of you get what you pay for.
