I had a Nexus on a Dahon Mu XL folder - great, relatively inexpensive, not too weighty but not a huge amount of range - fine for bombing about London but I got rid when I started doing more miles on my commute. Rohloff's are in a different league in terms of engineering, gearing range and price though many argue that the Shimano shifters are actually better.
