Pump-hub?

While looking at a bike pump, it occurred to me that the easiest way to pump up a tire would be to not have to pump it up at all. ... Many years and hundreds of thousands of dollars later, the result is the pump-hub, the first practical semi-automatic bicycle tire pump.

Seriously - hundreds of thousands of dollars?!!
