OK, real cycling shoes may be the best for getting in and out of clips and straps, but I'm willing to bet that 95% of the people who use clips and straps on the street do so because you can wear 'normal' shoes and ride your bike. With that in mind, in my opinion, Vans slip ons are the best for getting your feet in and out.
I think most people knew what I meant without going into the overly long explanation.
