not, as you need to run french sprockets, which are a pain in the ass to find. otherwise risk threading hubs, then you;re fucked

I'm fairly sure that Normandy made hubs with English threading, though I am getting old and dementia is creeping in.

you can thread an english on, but alters the threads :(
I've looked around and except for Sheldon brown's tiny mention cant find much? Normandy hubs say "made in france" on them no numbers that I can see so far. I know it's not much to go on just trying to figure out what I got? Hot or Not?
