It sounds loud inside the helmet, but then you've also got wind noise and other such things, most motorcyclists are advised to wear ear plugs.

I have a motorbike, I ride it, it has loud exhausts. End. Of. Story. It doesn't mean I'm in league with every person who has a moped, super motard, unsilenced monkey bike. It just means I like two wheeled transportation.
If they annoy you, irritate you, anger you, I'd advise you to go and have a word with them, rather than venting at me, and if you decide to have a word with me on my motorbike, I'll calmly listen to you, thank you for your viewpoint and ride off...
