I'm not sure that someone these days is going to answer to the description "oriental".. echoes of Charlie Chan and Mickey Rooney in make-up have sent this one-time popular adjective plummeting to the bottom of the pc charts.

if anyone who is of far eastern origin objects to the term 'oriental', i won't use it.
