IMO those system ex ones are shit... tend to slip, the angle of the seat is friction held.
sorry to push my own LBS but bicyclemagic in whitechapel on greatorex st has a large selection of second hand or first hand seat posts...take a peek. i got an old ITM for 8 quid.
