John Snow is president of LCC I think it is.

I can imagine Zane Lowe would be just perfect for that sort of thing.
Doubt he's hip enough to ride fixed though.

John Snow supports segregated cycle lanes. Good journalist, not a good choice for the LCC IMO (not n=being a member of the CTC I really have no right to complain but I could be argue that I'm not a member because of this stance, but it would be a lie)

Not madly famous but if you want someone to do a show about bikes why get Jack Thurston from http://thebikeshow.net/ to do it? He is familiar with doing radio shows about bikes and has fixed gear himself. Who could be better?

Shanaze too.
At our production company, the deadline for documentary ideas is the end of the week, and i was thinking about proposing a piece on the rise of fixed gear bikes and the surrounding subculture.
i suspect you guys are gonna hate as its obvious nothing particularly new to you guys. but i think it would be the kind of thing the radio4 crew would find interesting. without a presenter tho, i guess the show would be harder to sell. and its often useful to have a presenter who people might know .... but didnt know they had an interest in... said subject.
so, any ideas on presenters?
Cheers,
Dave
