A bit of both, basically i am moving from the UK to Brasil, to Curitiba, and wanting to start a cafe/bike repair co-operative.So it is a place for people to meet, eat, chill out and use the workshop facilities.Tools and stands will be available for all to use free, and parts at a small price.
So primarily it is aimed at cyclists, but also will need to have a 'day to day trade'.
