I live just up the road from Burley so ride to Brockenhurst, Bealieu, Lymington, Ringwood etc,.. If I was in Sopley then I would have been going into Bournemouth probably.

Hmmm, looking back at my original thread it probably was a waste of space. wasn't meant like that or meant to sound like I was singing my own praises. Was just happy to try brakeless. Of course you never get a chance to make a mistake on here as everyone jumps on you without mercy. In light of that F*ck You all ;-)

Don't remember it....but shimano and wellgo both do pedals with spd style on one side and regular flat on the other....not the best quality as they're cheaper pedals....but pretty versatile if they're on a bike where you don't need to slow down with your legs like my BRAKELESS. ;)
