@Tynan.You need to adjust the crank bearings. I thought you'd know that!? They wear out easily. Also, could be that your cranks are the wrong colour for your frame.
@Paul: I had a stuck old school lockring-type bb. Just soaked the whole shizzle in WD40 and used a hammer and a screwdriver. Better, if you have access to a vice tough.
