BB's are easy, I never got taught how to fit them, just did it, tools are cheap, good on ya for wanting to learn, so much better when you can fix it all yourself.
As Murt said . . . where are ya, when does it need doing?
Roberto (on the forum) has an ebay store of just go and see him, always has miche BB's in stock.
Good price too.
