My BB is creaking (was never tightened properly when I got the bike) - needs replacing I think otherwise that bastard might cease up one day and kill me. Then there is the 18T sprocket, I want to change down to 17T - I need more skid patches.
I could probably demystify the sprocket easily enough, I've changed over a cassette on my roadbike before. But I've never done a BB and don't have the tools.
So I could take it into a shop but I'd rather learn how to do it myself. So what I'm looking for is someone who has the skills and the tools who can teach me how things are done. I'd want to make sure you haven't just built a hack polo bike once 5 years ago, you need to know what you are talking about.
I'd pay for it - not hundreds but something to make it worth it. I still need to get the parts (Miche everything) so this would need to be a week or two from now.
