You might need to supply some information.
In leu of any clues as to the type of bottom bracket you have or what is stuck - the lock ring, the spindle, the cups, the etc etc - I suggest you should try and make sure:
your Octalink tool is properly engaged
your cups are being turned the right way
your lock ring is not seized
the crank extractor tool you are/are not using is the right type
and so on . . .
