Too expensive for the forum? £40?

I've got a track frame & forks but I don't want to drill a brake-hole in the forks, what sizes/measurements do I need to know to see if these forks would fit?

They're 1-inch threaded, what frame have you got? I imagine they'd be fine... good for taking your track bike on the road but not so hot for the velodrome.
You'd need to measure your steerer column too, although 165mm should be fine for most bikes unless you're riding a tall beast of a machine?

I've never fitted forks to a frame before...it's a 58cm stan pike track frame and the head tube seems to be 160/170mm depending on where it's meant to be measured to/from. How far in to head tube should I expect the stem to go and how much overlap does there need to be between stem and forks?

Sounds like they may be a bit short for you then as you also need room for the headset cups/cap... you measure from the outside edge of the frame both sides. Thanks for the interest all the same.

The inside edge of the headset at top and bottom measures 160mm so I'm assuming that's the outside edge of the frame, if that'll fit and you haven't sold it to the other person let me know.

Now sold, tah.
Anyone interested? Taken from a mid-late 1980s Super, good condition although there is some slight surface rust on the inside of the blades by the crown (Personally, I'd also remove the white paint from the colnago detail as shown in the photo below).
165mm of steerer, am looking for £45, collection from East London, tah.
(Yell if you'd like more photos or anything...)
