There goes civilisation...

I'm not a morally void idiot. I'm in the 40% tax bracket in the UK, I pay US taxes as well, and I regularly donate money directly to charities. I don't own a single property and never have. I don't own a car. I don't even jump red lights when I'm on my bike.

But I'll be damned if somebody tells me I can't buy something -- legally -- with the money I've earned -- legally -- through years and years of hard work.
