I can't believe no one has complained and had stupid metal drain covers replaced.
They're right in the cycling line on so many streets.
In Oz they use concrete lids or lay tar over the metal ones.

I'm sure there have been many complaints and that it's on the Government's to-do list. Wankers.

Oh, and glad to hear you're alright/survived. A broken collar-bone sucks but it could have been worse!
